The most precious thing we have to give is our attention.
Outrage is contagious. It spreads easily.
Joy is contagious too. And spreads just as easily.
What do we want to feed? What do we need to increase?
Choose joy.
Make it a practice.
Pay attention to the good stuff. Notice it. Say it out loud.
